Here's my 100% working Hackintosh. Definitely searched this subreddit a ton for troubleshooting, so thanks to all of you who submit good questions and answers. Credit to /u/marcushe for answers in this thread which saved me from almost giving up on the black screen after boot issue, and /u/MrMalice for this self-answered post about sleep and the H100i heatsink - would never have thought that was the issue.
