I killed my working hackintosh, but not until after I [LEGALLY!] downloaded El Capitan.

Could someone please tell me how I might create the boot USB on my Windows system, since I no longer have access to my hackintosh (I would have to find my old Snow Leopard DVD which I haven't used in years(?) and go through the whole process of setting that up again.

The reason my hackintosh died was I tried creating the El Capitan boot USB using Unibeast but it would not boot with only the blank SSD in my PC, only when I had my old OSX SSD installed - in a fit of tired frustration I tried to "hot swap" my OSX SSD with the new blank disk I want to use for El Cap, and it corrupted partition one on my OSC Hackintosh SSD - I don't know how to repair that, though I was able to run fsck on partition 2 and it's fixed, I just can't boot without fixing partition 1.
