Is it possible to install El Capitan on this build (I could do Yosemite but would highly prefer 10.11.x)?

I've searched through the various hackintosh communities and information is fragmented and sparse at best.

Edit: Not sure if it is worth mentioning, but it will be a dual boot configuration. Windows 10 and OS X each on their own SSD connected via SATA.
