I have finally managed to get my Thinkpad Yoga 12 (the one with the stylus) working running El Capitan.
What works is:
1) Native WiFi -- Had to swap the card...Luckily the BIOS didn't block it.
2) Bluetooth
3) QE/CI with HD5500
4) Sound with Conexant kext
5) Battery
6) Brightness
What somewhat works:
1) Ultranav buttons and trackpoint.
2) Still working on some sleep issues.
