One very odd question to ask you guys

Is it possible to run both the mac and windows partition at the same time?

What i mean by this is have two seperate hard drives for each only, and then run them on two seperate monitors coming out of the one computer?

I feel like this isnt possible

Can you guys also tell me if my build is hackintosh compatible before i purchase it?
