Have a PC that hasn't been getting much use for at least a year now. It is in a nice Mac-ish case (Silverstone FT02) and since I use MBP as my main computer right now I was hoping I could turn this this PC into a hackintosh that would play nice with my MBP when I do turn it on.

So my question is which components would I need to swap out to make it work.

CPU: Intel i7 3770K Motherboard: Intel DZ77GA70K GPU: Nvidia GTX 590 RAM: 2x x 4Gb Mushkin Sonido: Asus Xonar DX/XD PCI Express HDDs: Samsung S240 Pro 256Gb + 128Gb OCZ Vertex 4 SSD + 2x WD Caviar Black 640GB + 1x Seagate Barracuda 1TB PSU: Corsair HX850 850W Modular CD/DVD: LG BH10LS30 DVD/Blu-Ray

My guess is that GPU has to be changed for something else. Any recommendations for a mid-range GPU that will just work? I would use this computer occasionally for Lightroom and Pixelmator workloads. Nothing heavy.

Sound card I can sell. Do not need an optical out any more.

Motherboard, CPU and everything else should be supported as far as I know. The motherboard is not on the officially supported list but LAN and audio should work as far as I know.

Thanks.
