I recently installed a new hard drive into my MBP. I need to make a bootable usb OSX drive from my desktop which operates on Windows 8.1. I cannot use apple's internet recovery because my University Wifi is not supported by Apple Internet recovery. Any body have any experience making an OSX boot drive from Windows 8.1?
