My seemingly stable install of Yosemite was working fine as of a few days ago until I began experiencing random system reboots. Once per hour, two hours, or longer. Since I initially used clover to install Yosemite and then multibeast for my audio kext, is it possible that the kext files which multibeast added to System/Library/Extensions could be clashing with those of clover, causing some sort of kernel panic thereby rebooting the system?

I am not getting any kernel panic page. Just a completely random reboot.

Would it be helpful or in good practice to remove all of these kext files and, if so, what is the best way determine which ones are not being used?

Thanks!
