There were different posts around explaining how do to that, but here are my steps:
Install Yosemite with Macmini6,2 system definition
Install Nvidia Web Drivers with Pacifist. I used these drivers: WebDriver-343.01.01f01.pkg
Reboot and reinstall Nvidia Web Drivers normally
Boot options: nvda_drv=1
And it should work. Note: my screen is black after booting so you need to powercycle and then it works fine.
