I think I'm ready to buy the parts needed to assemble a CustoMac Pro, based off of tonymacx86's guide. I'd like to run Yosemite as my main operating system, but also dual boot Windows 7 for gaming (should I get a separate SSD strictly for this OS?).

My main focus will be on high resolution audio (for hi-res FLACs), a direct HDMI connection to my home theater to watch movies, possibly thunderbolt connectivity (in case I want to get an Apple monitor down the line), and a build that will run as quiet and cool as possible. The parts I'm planning on going with are:

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z97X-UD5H

Processor: Core i5-4690K

Graphics: EVGA GeForce GTX 760 (good enough for intensive gaming, or should I upgrade to the 770?)

RAM: Crucial Ballistix Tactical (16GB)

Power Supply: Corsair RM 650 Watt

Cooling: CORSAIR Hydro Series H60

Tower: Corsair Carbide 500R

SSD: Samsung 840 EVO 120GB x2 (one for each operating system)

HDD: 2 3TB for local storage of music, movies, and porn

Building the computer, and initially setting up the software look relatively easy to set up, but are there any problems I should know about before attempting this build? Is it better to install Yosemite before Windows? Is a soundcard necessary? Thanks for any help.
