I was using this previous post for reference but there was never any solution given. So basically I'm reposting in hopes of getting some new insight on the topic.
I just upgraded from ML to Yosemite and for some reason my overclock isn't working (my iStat displays 3.5). Before in ML it would work but "About This Mac" wouldn't show it unless you disabled a few settings in the bios, like EIST.
Maybe I'm missing something in the bios idk but I have the clock ratio set to 42 and the turbo boost for each core set to 42 as well (Gigabyte mobo).
Any help would be appreciated.
