I previously posted about building a Hackintosh Desktop Machine for less than $300, but I was interested in hearing what is the best Laptop out there? I am in need of a new laptop either way (something with a 5+ hour battery life of course), and figured why not opt for a laptop instead, if possible.
I am totally open for buying something used/refurbished, by budget is pretty much the same though (I am a college student living on my own). I was looking at the Lenovo T61, but don't know if it can run the latest OS out (Yosemite). My main purpose is to learn and code for iOs (Swyft + Objective C) and trial some software such as Sketch, as they are only available for Mac OS.
If you guys can share specific models, that would be awesome! I would love to have full capability of the machine... as I want to have it in the classroom when typing notes and what not!
