Built this rig a couple of years ago. Recently got a MBP with Yosemite, so it would be cool if I can have Yosemite as my desktop.
I did some research and I believe most of my parts are compatible. I just want to make sure before I proceed with things.
EVGA GeForce GTX 780 3GB - I think this is compatible
Intel i5 2500K - this should be compatible
Corsair HX1050 Silver - I don't see why this would not be compatible
Kingston HyperX Fury (2x4GB) - From what I read, all RAM is compatible
G.Skills Value Series (2x4GB) - From what I read, all RAM is compatible
ASRock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3 - I looked up past posts and it seems people have gotten this to work, however, I am really not sure how compatible this motherboard is.
I would be buying a new SSD and HDD for the hackintosh.
If anybody has any thoughts that would be great!
