Brief on the type of user I would be: Not a huge gamer but would like to play games like GTAV, NBA2K and etc. on high settings preferably. Besides that, I am a casual user. I'll most likely just be surfing the web, streaming video, absolutely ZERO video editing, photoshop or anything like that. I'm hoping to double this build as a media center for my living room. I don't plan on overclocking the CPU.

There's the parts I went with. I feel like the rig I built may be a bit overkill? I would say my budget is currently $850 max but if possible, I'd really like to get it down to $750 or lower (especially if my rig is currently overkill for my needs)!
