Brand new to Hackintoshing, I don't have a Mac to start from, so how should I go about this?

My Specs are:

Xeon X5460 @ 3.92GHz

8GB Kingston ValueRAM DDR2-800 @ 840MHz

Gigabyte GA-EP43-DS3L

Asus DCII R9 280X

How should I go about setting this up as a dual boot without a mac?
