I had a pretty much perfect install. Specs:
GA-78LMT-USB3 motherboard
FX-6300 CPU
Sapphire Dual X R9 270X 2GB GPU
1TB HDD with 150GB partitioned for OS X, Windows 8.1 already installed
My boot flags for install: /amd npci=0x3000 GraphicsEnabler=No -v
Boot flags for after install to set in Chameleon configuration: npci=0x3000 GraphicsEnabler=No USBBusFix=Yes
I also set the boot logo to "Legacy" in the Chameleon Wizard, because I hated that Hackintosh Zone boot logo.
Audio worked fine, can't say for ethernet or WiFi but USB tethering from an iPad worked. USB Bluetooth adapters also work out of the box. Seeing that "Mitchell's Mac Pro" on Bluetooth made me feel great. Thanks to all the AMD users here for posting their boot flags, really helped me out.
