I messed up something pretty bad and can't even boot to USB without getting errors. How can I start completely fresh?

I can't even boot to USB something is fundamentally wrong.

Build: Gigabyte Z97x UD7 Th 4790k G.Skill RAM SSD 980 Ti

Had a Yosemite build that worked great till I upgraded my 770 to a 980 Ti. Now I can't do anything with any number of boot flags or SMBIOS changes. I just want to start over since it seems impossible to fix.
