I know there were workarounds in the Lion days but is there anything I can do with El Capitan to get coaxial audio out on my hackintosh? I got it working for about 2 minutes using a toleda guide but it dropped out and wouldn't come back and now I'm stuck.
I'm running an eVGA P55 SLI which runs on the ALC889 codec.
