Intel HD 4600 only has 7MB VRAM (EL CAPITAN)

Hello,

I built a Hackintosh and everything is working perfectly, except graphics acceleration. It only shows 7mb of VRAM and animations are laggy sometimes. Also, I can't play any videos.

I already tried to set device ID, but that still doesn't work.

Can you help me?
