NVDA GPU Error Crashes - El Capitan Clover Install with Nvidia GT 740

My hackintosh is continually crashing, and forcing me to enter my password at the lock screen after the crash.

After checking the console, it says: NVDA: GPU error detected. More of the console is pictured below.

I am using the EVGA Nvidia GT 740 4GB SC. (Motherboard: Foxconn H67M, CPU: Intel Core i3 3240 3.4GHz

I installed El Capitan with Unibeast and Multibeast. I have installed the most recent Nvidia web drivers and enabled them.
