iATKOS ML will include the new nVidia drivers and fixes

nVidia released new drivers for Mac OS X 10.8.1. Pretty improved nvidia drivers for all supported nvidia cards, from G80 to latest kepler.. So installing this driver is highly recommended!

The issues that are solved as we tested:

- Freezes (black/blue/white) and overheating problems for some laptop/desktop chips
- Device id injection does not seem to be a must (I am still investigating)
- GTX 670/680/690 OpenCL problem
- Multiple GPU black screen/freeze problems

OpenCL sm2.0+ hack is still needed for sm2.1 and newer cards (by@lisapower) >>
- open /System/Library/Extensions/GeForceGLDriver.bundle/Contents/MacOS/libclh.dylib using a hex editor
find 8b811c0c0000eb068b81200c0000
and replace it by:
b80200000090eb06b80000000090
save it.
