Here is the setup: GA-Z97X-UD7 BIOS F4 i7-4790K EVGA GeForce GT 740 Samsung 500GB SSD 32gb Ballistix Tactical RAM
It went through and did the install of yosemite and then it rebooted, went through another loading screen, and then just stopped on this screen:
