Building a CustoMac: Buyer's Guide November 2013

Under the budget build.. $150 CPU and $130 motherboard.. I haven't bought in a few years, but what happened to the sub $100 CPU's and near $50 motherboards? And for a budget build, I sure wouldn't be buying a name brand case..
