Hi all,
I asked some beginner questions yesterday relating to how to set up OSX Mavericks on my PC. Well, as of last night it was working. I had successfully installed OSX Mavericks from my flash drive, downloaded apps, gotten my audio drivers working. I only had one problem - I couldn't boot from the SSD on which the OS was isntalled. I'd have to boot to the USB drive and then select the SSD with Mac on it. It was fine- it still worked.
Well before I went to bed, I decided to install the Multibeast thing. I hadn't read enough about it. I thought maybe it would fix my boot problem. I installed the DSDT-free thing (as I had used the non-DSDT audio driver Realtek). I rebooted the Mac. Now I face all kinds of errors.
"panic(cpu 0 caller 0xffffff80002dc19e): Kernel trap at 0xffffff80002dc19e, type 13= general protection, registers:
tell me if you want any specific parts of the error message I get in front of the Apple logo
Should I just re-install OSX (which sucks cause I just finished installing everything I needed), or is there a fix for this problem?
My build: i5-2500k SSD-Corsair Mboard-Asus P8P67
