Here is the IOATAfamily.kext that I used on my ECS G33T-m2 motherboard Everything works by the way internet, graphics, sound(not voodoo),etc.
Fully working on Mountain Lion and Mavericks
I don't know if this works on other motherboards but you can try.
Note: I do not OWN this kext, I was experimenting on some kexts and this was the result. If you guys know who the owner is please tell me
and I will properly credit them. Thank you
What I did:
Note: Use boot flags if needed.
1. Created ML or Mavericks Installer using their respected Unibeast versions
2. Boot on installer and Installed OS X on external hard drive (Internal Hard drive plugged in but cannot detect)
3. Boot on Newly installed OS X(external hard drive) Install your working kexts if needed be and then install this IOATAfamily.kext using kext wizard or kext utility.
4. Reboot to check if Internal Hard drive gets detected.
5. IF Internal hard drive gets detected, Clone your external hard drive with OS X in it to your Internal hard drive using Carbon Copy Cloner or
any hard drive cloning software on OSX
6. After cloning external hard drive to Internal hard drive don't forget to install chameleon or chimera boot loader on internal Hard drive(I used Chimera)
7. Shutdown, remove external hard drive. Turn on and hopefully your internal hard drive gets detected.
