Now that Mavericks is up and running I'm looking to finally get Wake on LAN working correctly. I am running a GA-Z68XP-UD3 (rev 1.3) motherboard running the F10 version of the BIOS (was previously running UEFI beta but WOL isn't supported in it for this board). I have the official Realtek LAN drivers installed and also have a WIFI card that reads as an AirPort card in system information.
In Mavericks I have "Wake for network access" checked in settings. System information reports that both my onboard NIC and WIFI card are WOL capable and each see several Bonjour sleep proxies on my network (AirPort Extreme, Express, and a couple of Apple TVs). PME event wake up is enabled in BIOS (as well as Wake on Ring for good measure).
Sleep works fine. Waking from sleep via the power button or bluetooth/USB keyboard press works completely. But for the life of me I cannot get this thing to wake up over LAN access via the Remote app, Apple TV, or a VNC connection. Sleep proxy is working fine on the network as I am able to get my wife's 2008 aluminum Macbook to wake via the remote app. Not sure what to try from here. Any help at all would be very much appreciated.
