regarding SATA III (6Gb/s), how new is this technology. Mainly concerned if MOBO will support this HDD
MOBO specs state it can support up to 2 x SATA 6Gb/s connections but what exactly is SATA III? contrary to SATA II? I'm almost sure the MOBO will support the HDD but wanted to make sure.
