First Time Hackintosh build, seem ok?

So I'm looking to upgrade from my 2010 27inch iMac. I plan on using it as a monitor through target display mode. I haven't built a PC in more then a decade, although I understand it's pretty easy to do these days, and I've been feeling an inch.
