Long story short, some time last night my perfectly operating Hackintosh (and has been for almost a year) wouldn't wake from sleep. When I did a hard reset, it booted into my Windows partition. Hmm..okay... I try to force boot it right into the SSD that carries OSX and nothing. No dice.
So I was able to make a Unibeast USB and got back into my partition (nothing wrong with any of the hard drives), and updated to Mavericks following the right steps.
I set my SSD with OSX to be the top priority in the boot list...still boots to windows. The only way I can get into my OSX is with the USB in and hold F12 on start up and select it.
Any idea what I'm doing wrong here? I installed the Chimera boot loader in Multibeast and followed the directions for here:

He has the same motherboard/CPU.
Thanks reddit!
