I'd appreciate any help here, finally updated from Lion to Mavericks, and the install of 10.9.1 with Multibeast and Unibeast worked brilliantly with the exception of Wi-Fi and audio. After searching the internet and various forums it seems that my Asus PCE N-10 just simply won't work with Mavericks and there is no workaround.. This isn't too much of a problem as Ethenet is working fine. However the audio is giving me a headache. I have a Gigabyte GA H61MA D2V motherboard that uses the ALC887 audio codec, however I've tried countless patches and have had no success. I've tried both legacy and current Realtek ALC887 kexts (as well as both with DSDT and without DSDT - I'm going to be honest I don't really know the difference between these two..) Could anyone shed any light onto where I may be tripping up? Help very much appreciated in advance, thanks.
