2 builds for Final Cut Pro X - Which one should i build?

I will mostly use Final Cut Pro X. Would build 1 (with 9500 GT) be much slower than build 2 (with 9500 GT or HD4600)? What if i added a 2048MB Gigabyte GeForce GTX 650 OC Aktiv to build 1?

What it comes down to is if an overclocked build 2 would be better than build 1 with the gtx 650?

Would you suggest a different build in that price range? maybe a different gpu?
