Hey guys sorry if this seems a bit of a dumb post but can you guys check my current machine and help me out in installing OSX on it? I looked some of the parts up once but can't really find where anymore and i think it was comp for different versions of os. this is what i have

This Computer

I think these are all the important parts, let me know if i left something out... I would like to get mavericks but snow leopard/ leopard are by far my favorite OS and its what my aging macbook runs, but i want to take advantage of icloud so the more current os i can get it to the better.

So if all these parts are good how would i go about installing? i think i'll get a separate HD for the os just to reduce problems. if the build isn't up to it what parts do you recommend for it?
