I'm trying to install OS X on the Intel NUC, which doesn't have a DVD drive. Normally I'd borrow my friend's MacBook to create a bootable USB drive, but I can't use it for this project. I have a $20 retail copy of Snow Leopard, but unfortunately I can't use the disk to install it onto the NUC, as I don't have a USB DVD drive (I do have an ancient USB CD drive, which I can use for iBoot). Is there a way to burn the disk onto a USB drive and install it that way?
