I heard that the OSX uses HSF and windows uses NTSF format while both can use FAT32 format So would that mean that I should install two system on two ssd's with different formats or else it wont work?

Will one system be able to read the data from the other..... For example, i save a file on the windows desktop, will i be able to access the file from the mac boot..

If not, should i buy another HDD with FAT 32 that both system can read and write from.

FAT32 can only have a max file size of 4gb right? That would mean I cant store Large movie files right?
