Hello guys I'm considering buying a new Hard Drive to install OS X on it. These are my main components: Motherboard: Asus P8Z77-V LX CPU: i5-3470 GPU: GTX 760
The main thing I would do on it is video editing using Premiere Pro and After Effects. I don't really like OS X nor Windows, I use GNU/Linux for most of my stuff, but I REALLY need some serious video editing software. My main question is if OS X would use ALL of my PC's power. I'm referring to the GPU in particular: are the drivers any good? Are they even up to date? Thank you.
