Hello everyone!

I'd consider myself a seasoned "Hackintosher", I built a computer a few years ago designed specifically for Hackintosh and remember having great results. However I also remember some random kernel panics and some serious time devoted to repairing the system. I haven't used Hackintosh since OS X Lion, and I am thinking about taking Windows off of the desktop I have built for work and running OS X Mavericks. How stable do you find it to be, and is it reliable enough to be a computer you depend on? Also what would you recommend for imaging the system (Clonezilla, SuperDuper!, etc)?

Specs:

-ASRock x58 Extreme Motherboard

-Intel i7 930 (3.06Ghz)

-20Gb RAM

-Basic Nvidia graphics card (that I know is compatible)

-240Gb SSD

-2 1TB HDDs

-1 500Gb HDD

Edit: sorry, I didn't realize how bad the title sounded...
