I just ordered a new, larger SSD, as my 64gb is seemingly always 1gb away from being full. I figure now is a good time to upgrade to Mavericks, but I have a quick question:
If I just pull my 64gb drive and swap in the new one, can I do a fresh install on the new SSD, but then revert back to my old install by just swapping the drive back out as if I had never changed anything?
Also, is it true that using Clover is much closer to a "vanilla" install of Mac OS including the ability to do automatic software updates? Or is this an overstatement? How different will it be from using Chimera in terms of install? Will I need to use different BiOS settings, etc.?
