Build Ready for Approval of You Guys

Hello, this is a build I have thought up, and I'm looking to see if you guys think this will work, I don't really have a time frame set to build this, so rebates won't matter much to me, although, I would like it if I lower the price. I would prefer to keep the i7 and the GTX 770, and I'm on the edge of overclocking or not, but if the price difference for the different mobo and CPU is around $100-$150, then I'll probably go without the overclocking stuff.
