First off, with my bios if I want to select my USB to boot i have to change a setting from UEFI to Legacy. This is the only way I am able to boot from my USB. So when I switch to Legacy I am unable to select my Regular Hard drive to boot into, my only options are my USB and CD drive. I think my problem lies here but I'm not sure what to do about it.

Next after i boot into the USB, I go into the OS X installer and format the Hard drive then continue on with the installation. Everything goes okay, nothing seems to error during this.

After the installation is finished I click reset and it takes me back with the only option to boot from the USB, no Mavericks install.

If i switch off the Legacy and try to boot to my hard drive, it tells me there is no bootable device.

My system specs:

Processor: i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz

Video: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660

Motherboard: Alienware 0KM92T A00
