To give a little background information, I've partitioned and installed Unibeast on the USB using VMWare and used Mavericks that was downloaded from the App Store. The model of my laptop is a Vaio SVT13122CXS with i3 3217U, Intel HD4000 and 4gb RAM.
Initially I was able to get through the apple logo then the screen turned blank/black. After that I tried a couple of flags, and now it has the apple logo, loading wheel, and the little cancel sign over the apple logo. I was able to get to the installer with -F -v -x, but my usb mouse and trackpad was not detected, and there was no hard drive partition detected that I could install it on.
I'm not sure what to do after hours of googling. Any type of help would be appreciated.
