The system is relatively quiet (except the fan that came with the case, I might replace that in the near future).

The case isn't the best looking case but it gets the job done, especially considering that it has USB 3.0 in the front and it has some space for WM (although you don't really have that much space behind the motherboard tray, I had to struggle a bit to get the side panel to close). I am planning to get a Fractal Design R4 (white), but that isn't my biggest concern right now.

Everything works OOB. The installation went flawlessly and I haven't used any boot flags. The only thing I can't figure out how to make it work is HDMI Audio. Although there are plenty of tutorials out there I tried following them. I failed :(

I didn't wanted to bother with the apple bluetooth module mod but I wanted to get the full experience (wake from sleep) and most bluetooth modules were acting weirdly with the magic trackpad so I decided to try this (and the bluetooth module was just $2). I am quite impressed with how good it works considering I wasn't expecting it to work at all... If anyone wants to know how to do it I attached a .pdf file down below!

I will also get another 4GB RAM stick (because 4GB just isn't enough), a WD Caviar Blue 1 TB HDD and a dedicated GPU (I found a really good deal on the AMD R9 280x but I am also considering a Nvidia GTX 760).

Currently using the stock Intel cooler because I don't plan on overclocking (I can't). As you can see, I built this computer on a tight budget (about $550) but with upgradeability in mind (so I didn't picked the cheapest MB/CPU for a better case/PSU).
