Dual boot - Can a 3rd HDD be accessed by both OSs?

Hi

I'm planning to build a dual boot OSX and windows 7 system. I'll have a SSD for each of the operating systems and a 3rd 2TB HDD for storage. Just wondered if it's possible for both OSs to be able to read/write to the 3rd drive?
