I'm looking to build a Mavericks/Windows 8 machine. My uses will be for gaming and CAD work (Solidworks on the Windows side). I will most likely be using a single 27" 2560x1440 monitor.

I'm interested in being able to remotely connect to this machine from a laptop (i.e. macbook air). Does hackintosh allow that?

Here's my build, based on the Tonymacx86 Customac Pro. Does this look reasonable?

Will having two sets of drives for each operating system make life easier, or can I save the money?

Should I used bigger SSD's?

Is the motherboard enough? I have no experience with motherboards, and it seems the more expensive versions are only slightly improved. What's the difference?
