Anyone experience something like this? How do you fix it?
If I "Shut Down" instead of "Restart" from OS X, then boot Win 7 everything works. I don't think OS X releases the network card when it "restarts" or it's not a total shutdown of all systems and reboot or something, I dunno.

Mobo - ASRock Z97E-ITX/ac using their onboard WiFi with the patch here and then the script here.
