I've been trying to install Yosemite but without luck yet. I first tried Unibeast, which didn't seem to work at all so I went for Clover.
I booted, installed using -v and GraphicsEnabler=No. I had to turn off the LAN in the UEFI to make it boot. I also just left 1 piece of RAM (4GB).
So Yosemite installed, booted using clover, but as soon as I tried to turn back on intel LAN on the motherboard, it won't boot up. Tried Multibeast, installed AppleIntelE1000 3.1 kext using Kextbeast but no luck. I'm using the integrated graphics (I've got a 980 waiting to be plugged as soon as I can fix this issue).
Out of luck I wiped everything and tried unibeast again, but the installer returns an error with Additionnal Extensions.pkg (tried 3 times with different bootflags). Unibeast only boots with GraphicsEnabler=Yes and -x.
Has anyone installed Yosemite on a z97 gryphon ? any tip to get this t work properly ? Thanks a lot in advance.
Asus z97 Gryphon, 2x 4GB Kingston HyperX Fury, 4690k (later gigabyte Geforce 980). I have a 2009 13inches mbp and can get my hands on a 15" 2013mbp to get the installers.
