So things quick. I went out and bought Gigabyte Z97-D3 and i5-4690K to secure my Hackintosh install. My purpose is to get a fully functioning dual boot based on for example this tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VSYkUkngdb4
Now that aside, I followed everything perfectly - had some frustrating troubles as I think a lot of people do. I then finally got Yosemite installed BUT the screen was something like 1000x800 resolution and VERY choppy. The screen was pretty much ''rendering'' with white boxes sweeping through my screen. It still works but it is very laggy, MultiBeast was chopping and loading (with rainbow circle for a long time) and freezing.
Does anyone know any way to make it work. I've now been installing Win 7 like the tutorial tells me to and configuring my drivers on Windows. I yet have to struggle with Yosemite.
