Hey, so i'm the guy made this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wjV4p0fGdEc)

Although mostly everything works fine with the hawaii card there still is an issue where you get a black screen unless you un-plug and plug-in your video cable(DVI,HDMI, etc) upon boot.(wich gets very annoying especially if you cable manage).

But while on my search to fix this issue I discovered a shortcut, while on your black screen (or glitchy screen) press control-shift-eject(not sure what eject is on windows keyboards, you could experiment) You may have to press it a few times or jiggle your mouse but then it should light up with your logon screen!

This shortcut is supposed to put a display to sleep in Yosemite. But somehow pressing it twice maybe refreshes it? I'm not really sure.

This is not a fix just a workaround, so I thought I share it.

I will still continue my hunt to fix this issue completely.

If you have any suggestions or fixes (even things to try) it would be kind of you share them.

BTW: Sorry for grammar! currently have a C in 9th grade english. LOL
