can't find windows 8.1

So i built a pc that would run windows 8, i installed it everything worked great. a couple weeks later i decided to install yosemite onto it. Windows 8 was on my ssd, when i installed yosemite i took out my ssd and i installed yosemite on my hard-drive. I got it up and running to where i want it. So i put in my ssd and turned it on. The the chimera screen cam up with two options one for yosemite and one for windows with NFTS underneath it. i clicked it and it said my hardware changed and told me to install windows. so i tried to reinstall using my cd but it kept going back to the screen even when i tried using the f12 option. Im not sure how to get windows to boot. again yosemite works fine and at one point windows worked fine. so heres my pc PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant
