I've got a Mackintosh running 10.10.1, booting through Clover, using an Nvidia GTX670. I had it working, although the monitor plugged into the HDMI port of the graphics card isn't recognized. So I updated to the latest Nvidia Web Drivers in the hopes that would fix it. I also told the Nvidia driver to switch over to the default OS X driver. But now, almost immediately upon boot, I get a kernel panic.
In trying to fix it, I've tried booting into safe mode, verbose mode, and single user mode. Kernel panics on all of them. I go into the boot args to try and disable the Nvidia drivers, but every time I remove the nvda_drv flag, or set it from 1 to 0, I notice that the system adds an nvda_drv=1 entry.
Am I going about this the right way? And if so, how do I get rid of the nvda_drv flag?
