I recently decided to install Mac Os X on a brand new harddrive that I bought for my computer. I already have windows installed on a separate harddrive so that won't be an issue.
My question is, that since it is an internal harddrive, I cant format it to mac os extended. My mac is a laptop so there is no way right now to connect it to that.
I have a USB with the mac installer on it, but when I go through the installer and get to the part where is asks me where I want to install the software, only the usb shows up (which is formatted correctly) and not my 1 TB harddrive.
Is there anyway to format the harddrive to mac os extended in windows? Or do I have to wait till my Sata-USB connector comes in the mail?
Thanks for you help and sorry if that made no sense.
